DefendThe1st, guarantees our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you received a defective item, or the wrong item, from your order, please email an image of the defective item, or the wrong item to: admin@defendthe1st.com within 14 days of delivery, to request an exchange. We do not do refunds and any request for exchange, after 14 days of delivery, will not be accepted. All exchanges must be in their original packaged condition, unused/unwashed. Shipping charges will only be refunded, if the item shipped was the wrong item, or the item is defective.
